Lead times: Lead times given to you before your purchase are estimated time frames. They are not guarantees. Unexpected delays do occur. We will contact you once an update is available. We do our very best to stay on track. However, there is only one fabricator here, hand making all orders. Please be patient. It will be worth the wait.
Shipping: We use UPS ship. We use DHL for international shipments. UPS will deliver directly to shipping address you provided. An updated quote will be given to you just before paid. If you have any issues whatsoever during transit, you must contact the carrier directly, with the tracking number provided. We are not liable for stolen, missing or any possible damage during transit, nor do we have any further information on your package once it leaves us. In the rare case of lost or damaged package, you will need to contact UPS directly to file claim. No refunds/replacements are issued from us for lost or damaged packages. Your shipping cost MUST be paid before your order is started.
Order changes: Any changes to your order must be done within 72 hours. Changes Must be equal to/greater than, in price.
Cancellations/Return policy: All products are handmade to order. We do not offer any refunds nor do we accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exceptions.
Payment: When using Paypal or Venmo to make payment, you will have the option to send as “Goods & Services” or “Friends & Family/personal payment” Be aware that if you choose “Goods & Services” there will be an additional fee you’ll need to cover, as they deduct a percentage from our funds when sent that way (2.99%) Either way works for us.
Product holds: Once your order is complete, you must pay your shipping cost due or pick up order within 2 weeks. Unfortunately, we don’t have the room to store finished parts. If you need more time to make payment/arrange pick up, that’s no problem! We will rebuild your order once shipping has been paid or pick up date has been scheduled.
