Policy

Lead times: Lead times given to you before your purchase are estimated time frames. They are not guarantees. Sometimes unexpected delays occur. We always provide updates and try our very best to stay on track. There is only ONE fabricator, we do not have any fill ins. Please be patient, it will be worth the wait!

Order changes: Any changes to your order must be done within 72 hours of placing order.

Cancellations/Return policy: All products are made to order, we do not offer any refunds. All sales are final.

Shipping: We use FEDEX and UPS to ship. If you have any issues whatsoever with transit, you must contact Shipnex with the tracking number i provide you. We are not liable for any possible damage during transit, nor do we have any further information on your package once it leaves us.

Product holds: Your products must either be picked up or shipping must be paid within 1 week of your completion date. We do not have the space to store finished products. If not, your product will go to next customer in line and your order will have to be re-built once shipping funds are recieved.
