Q: I have a vehicle that isn’t listed on your website, could you build for it?
A: Unfortunately not. We do not do any custom jobs anymore and we don’t build anything that isn’t listed here on the website. We currently only build for the 2nd gen Nissan Frontier/Navara, 2nd gen Nissan Xterra, 2nd gen Toyota Tacoma and the 3rd gen Nissan Pathfinder!
Q: What’s your turn-around time like?
A: We are proud to have the one of the quickest “made to order” turn around times out there! Most products only take 2-3 days to build. However, it all depends on our current work load. We are typically booked 3-6 months. You will receive an estimated start time frame from me before placing your order so, you’ll know what you’re looking at. We do our very best to stay on schedule with your products! It is our top priority to work as fast and efficient as possible. However, like everyone else, we do have unexpected delays and set backs. Please contact me for current lead times.
Q: When will my product be shipped out?
A: Your product will be shipped out as soon as it is finished, as long as your shipping cost has been paid! You will be contacted once your product is finished and ready to ship out. You’ll also be provided with your tracking info so you could track your package online.
Q: What payment is accepted?
A: We accept Paypal and Venmo, which accepts both credit and debit.
Q: How are your products made?
A: All of our products are 100% hand made! Everything is built by person, and one person alone. We have no employees and we don’t get any pre-cut or pre-welded parts. Our products are CAD designed and cut out using our CNC plasma table. They are built with small hand tools and are notched, welded, drilled, sanded, and fitted by us. Each part is also hand wrapped by us here before shipping out!
Q: Why go with you guys over a big name company?
A: Because bigger isn’t always better and our quality truly is top notch! We care about each and every one of our customers satisfaction and always try to go above and beyond for you guys. We are always honest and upfront. We’re thankful for all the support and business that we have received over the years and are very proud to say we have never had a single unsatisfied customer! Q: I want this style bumper, could you build it?
A: No, we will not use any other companies design. So, if you want a different companies design, you will need to order directly from that company! All of our designs are our own and every style we offer is listed on this website.
Q: Can i get a discount?
A: We price our products as low as humanly possible. We never get any discounts on anything so, unfortunately discounts aren’t possible to give. However, we do offer a great discount for our combo package, which gives you $100 off on any front/rear bumper combo when purchased together. We also offer a military discount of 5% off bumpers and sliders.
Q: Will you sponsor my truck?
A: No, we will not be doing any future sponsorships.
Q: Do you have any products in stock?
A: Every product of ours is made to order and we never have any products in stock.
Q: Could you install my bumper/sliders?
A: We do not offer installs. We make all of our products 100% bolt-on so, installation is simple!
Q: Could you make one of your regular bumpers with a winch-mount?
A: We offer 4 different winch-ready bumpers that were solely designed for winching! There is not enough space behind our normal bumpers for a winch plate. Those bumpers also weren’t structurally built to hold a winch.
Q: Do you accept payments?
A: We do! We accept venmo and paypal, both of which accept credit cards. Paypal also has its own credit card. So, you will be able to make payments, if you’d prefer.
Q: Will your bumpers interfere with my airbags?
A: Absolutely not! Our bumpers do not interfere with airbag sensors whatsoever.
Q: Do you give refunds?
A: No, we do not issue refunds. Please see our “policy” tab for full information!
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We do! We ship worldwide. Feel free to contact me for a shipping quote.
Q: Do you ship freight?
A: We don’t! We use a company that uses both FedEx and UPS. The good news is, your products will be delivered straight to your house, or wherever you choose. No need to drive to pick up your package at a facility!
Q: Could I pick up my order?
A: Yes! We welcome pick ups. We’re located in Yucaipa, Ca.
