A: Unfortunately, we no longer do custom jobs. Everything we currently build is listed on the website!
Q: I’M READY TO ORDER, DO I LEAVE A DEPOSIT?
A: No, we don’t accept deposits, only full payment of product at the time your order is placed is accepted. We are the same as every other company out there, when you buy, you have to pay!
Q: WHATS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME LIKE?
A: It all depends on our current work load. We are typically always booked 3-6 months. Please contact me for our current lead time.
Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED OUT?
A: We will contact you as soon as your order is started to provide you with an updated shipping quote. Once your funds clear, I’ll then set up your shipping. You’ll be provided with tracking information.
Q: WHAT PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED?
A: We accept Zelle, Paypal & venmo.
Q: WHAT’S THE ORDERING PROCESS LIKE?
A: I’ll provide you with a shipping estimate and total due. The shipping cost will not be due until your order is ready to ship and I’ll let you know how far booked we currently are. You’ll choose which payment option suits you best; Venmo, Zelle or Paypal. After payment is complete, you’ll get confirmation. Once your order is up, I’ll contact you with final shipping estimate, collect funds and shipping address. You’ll then get your tracking number and scream with joy once it arrives at your doorstep, and you see how BADASS it is in person!
Q: HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
A: All of our products are 100% handmade to order in the USA! Everything is built by ONE person, and one person alone. We have no employees, and we don’t get any pre-cut or pre-welded parts. Our products are CAD designed and cut out using our CNC plasma table. They are built with small hand tools and are notched, welded, drilled, sanded, and fitted by us.

A: I will always contact you with an update as soon as an update is available! If it’s been a while since you’ve heard from me, sit tight! Rest assured, your order is in good hands and you’ll be hearing from me once your order is up.
Q: I WANT THIS STYLE BUMPER THAT YOU DON’T MAKE, COULD YOU BUILD IT?
A: No, we will not use any other company’s design. If you are looking to get a different companies design, you will need to order directly from that company! All of our designs are our own and every style we offer is listed on this website.
Q: CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?
A: We always offer 5% off to our military/ first responders! Thank you for your service. We also have some awesome bundle deals, just ask about them!
Q: WILL YOU SPONSOR MY TRUCK?
A: No, we will not be doing any future sponsorships

A: No! We never have any products in stock. Everything is Handmade to order.
Q: COULD YOU INSTALL MY PARTS?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer installs here. We make all of our products 100% bolt-on so, installation is simple for you guys!
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS?
A: We do! We accept venmo and paypal, both of which accept credit cards. Paypal & Venmo also offers their own credit card. So, you will be able to make payments, if you’d prefer.
Q: WILL YOUR BUMPERS INTERFERE WITH MY AIRBAGS?
A: No! Our bumpers do not interfere with airbags whatsoever.
Q: DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS?
A: No, we do not issue refunds. Please see our “policy” tab for full information.
Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A: We do! We ship worldwide. Feel free to contact me for a shipping quote.
Q: DO YOU SHIP FREIGHT?
A: No, we don’t. We ship via UPS. The good news is, your products will be delivered straight to your house, or wherever you choose. No need to drive to pick up your package at a facility!
